Idaho Virtualization Lab: Prehistoric Shark
Idaho Virtualization Laboratory, housed at the Idaho Museum of Natural History on Idaho State University campus, has always had high expectations for its museum exhibits. Previously, their ability to develop exhibits in-house had been limited by size and budget. To avoid the substantial time that was needed to print multiple parts, they were looking for a larger machine that would allow them to scale up their exhibits, such as the recent prehistoric Edestus shark, or "scissor-toothed" shark.
